The walled garden sweeps around two sides of the property. It is laid to lawn with well established shrubs and trees. At the rear, it terminates in a small patio area, perfect for a quiet read or snooze. The borders have colourful shrubs all year round and there is a lemon tree and orange tree which produce fabulous fruit. The centerpiece at the front is a tall palm tree offering shade if needed by the pool. At the rear, a colourful Calestamen adds a blaze of colour as well as shade.

Accommodation

The open-plan lounge and dining room is a light and spacious with ample sofas, chairs and footstools aranged around a log burning stove. It is equipped with Sky TV with English channels, DVD player, CD player, a selection of books and games.

Leading off the lounge, and with excellent sea views, the very spacious front terrace overlooks the pool and has sofas, armchairs, recliners, tables and parasols.

The kitchen is large and fully fitted with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas and electric hob and dishwasher, as well as plenty of good quality cooking equipment.There is a full complement of plates, glasses, corkscrew, kettle, toaster, juicer etc etc.

The pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with poolside furniture and sun-loungers. There is a special salt-chlorinator which avoids the smell of chlorine and skin irritation. The pool can be heated if required and has a cover to minimise heat loss overnight.

Location

The villa is situated in an eviable position on the hillside overloking Luz and the ocean. the entire village and seafront are just a short walk.

Getting to the villa from Faro airport couldn't be simpler. It takes just 50 minutes by car along the new A2 motorway. Detailed directions to the villa will be given to you in your arrival pack.

There is plenty of parking space at the villa. Once at the villa, you won't actually need a car unless you plan to visit other parts of the Algarve.
